If you use WordPress – there are quite a few plugins available.

I use  fbLikeButton (Facebook Like Button Plugin for WordPress) which allows you to display the Like button before and/or after each post and/or page – quite handy having a Like Button at the bottom … ready to click for when a reader has finished reading your post!
